Scheduled, preventive or normal maintenance...whatever you call it, we do it. 

Every car has a recommended maintenance schedule that must be followed to validate its warranty (see your owners manual).  Consistent maintenance prevents costly repairs and increases the life and resale value of your car. 

Most schedules are based on miles,  assuming you drive 1,000 miles per month under "normal" conditions, which of course none of us drive.  Extreme temperatures, poor road conditions, heavy traffic, overuse and even under-use can prematurely damage parts.  The following schedule considers both mileage and time (whichever comes first) to cover a broader range of driving habits:        

Every 3 months or 3,000 miles:

• Replace Engine Oil and Filter
• Lubricate if needed

Every 6 months or 7,500 miles:

• Service battery
• Rotate and balance tires

Every 1 year or 15,000 miles:

• Flush and fill transmission fluid Replace transmission filter
• Replace air and fuel filters
• Replace wiper blades
• Replace PCV and breather element
• Replace carbon canister filter

Every 2 years or 30,000 miles:

• Flush and replace coolant
• Replace spark plugs
• Replace distributor cap, rotor and wires (if equipped)
• Flush and refill brake fluid

Every 60,000 miles:

• Flush and refill power steering fluid
• Replace timing belt
• Replace differential/transfer case fluid
