Technicians are expected to treat every vehicle as if it was their own, reporting all maintenance and repair needs to the service manager.  The service manager appraises customers of what should be addressed immediately and what can be put off for a later visit.  No one “sells”. We simply want every customer to leave with a reliable vehicle and the knowledge of what to expect in the near future so they can budget accordingly.
